Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 6, 2026
Ansera (“Ansera,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website ansera.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, whom we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the public Site; information our clients share with us in the course of an engagement is governed by our agreements with them rather than this Policy.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on the Site — for example to start a conversation about a project, subscribe to our newsletter, or apply for a position — we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company, and the details of your request. Form submissions are delivered to our team by email and stored on our own server; depending on the form, they may also be entered into our customer relationship management system so we can follow up with you.
Information collected automatically
Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. Beyond that, the Site sets no analytics or advertising cookies unless you consent to them through our cookie banner, as described in the next section.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
On your first visit, a consent banner asks whether we may use optional cookies. The banner stays visible until you make a choice, and nothing in the optional categories loads before you opt in:
- Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to function and stay secure: the website platform (WordPress and Elementor), the cookie-consent tool itself (which records your choice), our contact and newsletter forms, the site’s security and firewall protection, and the fonts the design uses. These are always active.
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4 helps us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. It loads only after you opt in.
- Marketing. Google Tag Manager, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and ZoomInfo WebSights. These providers may set their own cookies and may associate your visit with a profile of your interests or identify the company you work for. They load only after you opt in.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of every page, which reopens the consent preferences. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal: if your browser sends it, opt-out is applied automatically.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to compile aggregate statistics about how the Site is used — pages visited, approximate location at city level, device type, and how visitors arrive at the Site. We use these statistics to improve the Site and our communications. Google’s use of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Advertising and Visitor Identification
With your consent, we use Google Tag Manager and the measurement tools it manages, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure the reach of our marketing on those platforms and to reach audiences that may be interested in our work. These tools may allow Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to recognize your browser and connect your visit to your account on their services. We also use ZoomInfo WebSights (ZoomInfo Technologies LLC), a business-to-business tool that helps us understand which companies visit the Site. Under some state privacy laws this kind of disclosure can be considered “selling” or “sharing” personal information; the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our footer lets you opt out at any time. Some pages may embed videos from platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo; an embedded video and its cookies load only after you consent to marketing cookies. The Site also links to our profiles on social platforms; those sites operate under their own privacy policies.
Forms and Email
Forms on the Site run on our own server, and the messages the Site sends (for example form confirmations and newsletter email) are delivered through our email service providers, which process your email address on our behalf. We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you request, and — if you subscribe — to send you our newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time using the link in any issue.
Other Service Providers
We use a small number of additional providers to operate the Site: our hosting provider, our fonts services (Adobe Fonts and Google Fonts, which serve the typefaces the design uses), and security services that protect the Site from attacks. We share personal information with service providers only so they can perform services for us, and we do not sell your personal information for money.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is directed to business audiences and other adults, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the Site, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. You can exercise the advertising opt-out at any time with the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer, or automatically via the Global Privacy Control signal. For any other request, contact us using the details below; we will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.
Data Retention and Security
We keep form submissions and correspondence for as long as we need them for the purpose they were provided, and consent records for as long as the law requires. We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards — including HTTPS across the Site, limited administrative access, a web application firewall, and login protection — but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice on the Site.
