How Equitable Used Experience Design to Inspire Performance Across Its Sales Organization
Equitable’s 2024 National Sales Meeting brought advisors together to recognize achievement, align on future opportunity, and reinforce partnership across the organization. Designed around the theme Ignite & Inspire, the environment was customized to celebrate advisor success while setting a forward-looking tone. Immersive branding treatments and a cutting-edge set design carried the theme throughout the venue, transforming the space into a cohesive experience that balanced recognition, motivation, and strategic focus.
