How Assured Partners Strategically Executed Two Consecutive Events
AssuredPartners hosted two consecutive events at the Marriott in downtown Chicago. A shared theme and stage were designed to optimize the venue for both events. To facilitate networking and collaboration during PartnerConnect, an arrangement of soft seating, kiosks, branded signage, and themed brick wall dividers were brought in to separate the main ballroom into four separate zones.
To kick off PartnerConnect, the 4th floor of the hotel was transformed into a speakeasy casino night equipped with numerous table games, themed decor, and sponsor branding. Guests also had the opportunity to earn custom poker chips that granted them entry into secret experience rooms, including a kitchen demo and whiskey tasting experience.
Team members gathered to connect and learn together to help better serve their clients.
