How We Made 7,000 Feel Personal
With nearly 7,000 attendees on site and more than 1,000 joining virtually, we partnered with Baird to bring their inaugural event, Re:Union, to life at Milwaukee’s Baird Center. The vast exhibit hall was transformed into an immersive, highly connected environment—one designed to make a large audience feel present, engaged, and unified.
Scenic installations, synchronized wearable and kinetic lighting, custom motion graphics, and broadcast-level production worked together to create moments of unexpected intimacy. Every design and technical choice reinforced a single goal: ensuring each attendee felt part of a shared, seamless experience.
From the earliest stages, we helped shape the event’s vision and audience journey. Our team guided the overall creative concept, coached presenters, directed a 56-member cast, and collaborated closely with the client to refine, elevate, and expand scripted content. We also developed original graphic and motion design and built detailed stage blocking that brought clarity, confidence, and cohesion to every moment on stage.
Re:Union brought together employees, shareholders, guests, and global participants for a meaningful celebration of connection, recognition, and a shared vision for the future.
